When I checked in at the desk, the woman at the desk her name is Serenna was very unprofessional every time I started to say a sentence. She talked over me and finished that sentence.. i’m a senior and I’m handicapped and I had my service dog with me which I let her know when I was standing at the desk and I asked for a very quiet room instead of that she gave me a room upstairs, which is very difficult for me to do stairs and the TV didn’t work. After being in the room for about an hour and a half almost 2 hours I got a call from her at the front desk That I needed to sign a form that she had forgotten to ask me to sign about my service dog. I let her know it was very difficult for me to get back down the stairs and if someone could come up to my room and take a look at the television and give me that paper, I would be happy to sign. She said that wasn’t possible and I needed to take care And hung up on me. I tried to call her back and she hung up on me again no explanation just to hang up. Then she called back an hour later saying she’d spoken to the manager that no one would be helping me in fact, if I didn’t come down immediately and sign the paper that they were going to charge me $250 on my credit card and they were also going to put me out out of the hotel. I tried to speak to her in a calm manner, but every time I tried to say something, she yelled over me and was extremely rude. I finally got down the stairs and to the front desk and again she had no apology for forgetting to ask me to do this paper while I was at the desk And then she lied and said that I hadn’t told her about the service dog until later, which of course wasn’t true. I told her while I was standing at the front desk when I got to the hotel. She said the manager refused to talk to me. I let her know that I’ve been coming to Best Western Reward person for over 35 years and that they were treating me extremely badly and I would be complaining about it and she had nothing to say. She was just extremely rude and very unprofessional. The next morning, when I went to check out, there was another one Who was very kind and said that this was not uncommon for Serenna that she was very unprofessional. Have they tried to have me removed from the hotel for not signing a paper immediately I would’ve called the police and then it really would’ve been a problem. Not only did I have no television in my room Got no sleep, wondering if they were going to make a problem in addition to what they’ve already done. I never got to speak to the manager, but I did call Best Western rewards and let them know about the terrible experience that I had. Do the other thing about this location that you need to know is it’s directly under where the air Airplanes are about to land right above the hotel. This was a terrible experience if I could get a bit negative star as I would. That was the least professional person I have ever met in my life in any business setting she should be fired. She does not deserve to work in a business setting!

Pretty cheap with good breakfast. But the floor made my baby’s socks black from crawling. This was just a few hours of him crawling , and there was a carpet beetle in the bed. I ended up extending one night , and the front desk lady had to update the key card. Later on in the evening the card didn’t work so I nicely mentioned I couldn’t get in the room and she said “ I already fixed this once for you this morning so idk what your doing to the cards” when in reality she didn’t fix anything earlier… also when I asked when I should expect my deposit back she argued and said “we never got one from you” and I had to show my bank statement to prove it. Just sassy for no reason at all.

Bed bugs!
I tried staying here yesterday and found at least 3 bed bugs crawling on the bed. I immediately left and found a different hotel.
I informed the front desk. I’m sharing this so future guests can be aware.
Update: The hotel responded that a pest control inspection found no bed bugs. However, I personally observed multiple bugs crawling on the bed in real time, which is why I left immediately.
