    Always top notch! Courtney goes above and beyond, she is wonderful!. And the PILLOWS! Love the pillows!

    As a frequent traveler, this hotel has been one of my favorites because it reduced all my pain points. It's clean, beds were great, location and parking are easy, the staff was clearly invested in their job (James was a star). Only 2 floors was perfect, breakfast was really nice, it's on a golf course and our room has a balcony overlooking the course. Quiet and relaxing. Great experience over many 5 star properties we've been to.

    I checked in late and was a greeted by a very nice a younger woman at the front desk. I asked her if I was able to hook up my Xbox to the TV to watch my shows. She said yes (as 95% of the hotels I visit I have no issues with this) however she said the volume would be loud because for some reason their remote isn't programmed to change the volume outside of the regular TV input. Boy she wasn't lying. It was blarring to the point I couldn't watch, it would of woke up the entire hotel. I have never ever seen that at any hotel and it's completely ridiculous that's not been fixed. You have to program your remotes properly. The front desk lady did all she could and even gave me a different remote that she said worked for other people but it didn't for me. Kind of sucked but wasn't a big deal. I found a work around and just used headphones. Then I encountered an issue with my AC unit. It wouldn't cool the room down anything below 75 and was barely blowing cool air all night. I called down to the front desk and told them about it. She said she had to reset it and would set the temp to 60 so it would cool it down and to "just give it a minute" So you guys control what the temp in the room can and cant be set to in order to save energy. Screw it if your customers are uncomfortable?? Either way, it didnt work whatever she did, so I went outside at 2am to grab a small fan i had in my car and unfortunately you have to be buzzed in past 10pm. Which I understand for security-related purposes but there was no one to buzz me in?? The now next lady on shift must of decided to take a nap or something because I was locked out for 30 minutes and didn't have access to the building. I even went behind the hotel and tried jumping their fence to get in the back entrance which didn't work. It was absolutely ridiculous. Finally she came up and buzzed me in like nothing even happened and walked back into the back room so fast before I could even say anything. Eventually I was able to get to sleep despite how uncomfortable the room was. The next day, a maintenance man was outside my room waiting for me to check out so he could fix the AC issue. So they must of known something was wrong with it. On the bright side. I got up late and didn't check out until almost 130pm. They have a late check out at 12pm which I love cause I tend to get to bed late. They also waived my late check out fee and offered me some free snacks from their mini store for the road which was awesome I will say. Two out of the three front desk ladies I encountered were very nice and had great customer service skills. As far as the room goes it was a typical best western room. Mostly clean. Spacious. Plenty of lighting and power outlets. Had plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. I did not like the fact the rooms had no microwave like most Best Westerns. You had to go to the front of the hotel to microwave anything. For the most part it wasn't the worst Best Western I have been to, but they should fix the TV issue and have someone ready to buzz you in at all times or make it to where you can get in the front door with your room key. Probably won't return to this location but I did appreciate the two nice ladies who checked me in and out of the hotel.

    Had a wonderful experience here. Check in was smooth and the ladies up front were extremely helpful! They even were kind enough to brind a pac-n-play to the room for my kiddo. Bedroom was extremely clean. Complimentary cookies were a very nice touch! We didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked like they had plenty of options including pancakes, fruit, cold drink (milk and orange juice), and more. Appeared to be a pretty safe location and there were plenty of food options around us. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

    The staff members (especially the young lady at the front desk during evening check-in) were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. Pros: Great value given the excellent location & views Helpful and very welcoming staff members Location decently close to Seattle-Tacoma airport Sufficient parking space Strong, stable wifi connectivity Nice property (with very nice flowers) and very close to walkable trails as well as right next to the golf course. Very good complimentary breakfast buffet Cons: Not as-spacious rooms as some other hotels (but they do have balconies to be fair). Not plenty of dining options within a walking distance as it is somewhat of a town/suburb.
