  Thank you so much for the last second accommodation as we passed through….Very sweet people that very much so seem to strive for your comfort, during your stay. Thank you to Chris and his lovely associate for everything. Rooms were very clean and I felt quite at home. Totally recommend ❤️

  This is a beautiful hotel close to the harbor and restaurants. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of items to choose from and tasted good.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at the Best Western Wesley Inn & Suites, particularly regarding the room rate and how my concerns were handled. This reservation was booked directly with the hotel through the front desk staff—not through a third-party booking site or travel agency. I specifically chose to book directly with the hotel based on the rate I was quoted and was assured what the cost of our stay would be. I also received written confirmation from the hotel showing the quoted room rate. Despite that, I was ultimately charged more than what I had been led to expect. Had the actual cost been clearly disclosed upfront, I could have booked a comparable stay through another booking option for less. I relied on the information provided directly by the hotel when deciding to make the reservation with them. What made the situation considerably worse was how my concern was handled when I brought it to the front desk. Rather than reviewing the documentation and trying to understand or resolve the discrepancy, my concern was rudely dismissed. The interaction was argumentative and left me feeling as though I was being accused of being dishonest about what I had been quoted, despite having the hotel’s own written confirmation. I understand that taxes and legitimate fees can be added to a hotel stay, but guests should be clearly told what they will actually be paying when booking directly with hotel staff—especially when they specifically ask and are assured of the cost. Unfortunately, being assured of one price, charged more, and then rudely dismissed when questioning it left a very negative impression of this hotel. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Best Western Wesley Inn & Suites.
