  Bed was comfy. Room seemed clean. Just don’t pay attention to the details. There was a kitchenette. Didn’t find dishes right away so that didn’t help. lol

  I had a one night stop in Aberdeen. This hotel is by far your best choice in Aberdeen. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but did have an odd smell to it. Nothing bad, but I think it smelled a little damp, but nothing terrible. Breakfast was good.

  La chambre avec jacuzzi etait très spacieuse, très confortable. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre. L'accueil est agréable. Il y a une petite salle de fitness, heureusement car les environs ne me semblaient pas surs pour courir le matin. Je n'ai pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner car il finissait à 9h, dommage.

  During our stay, the TV in our room repeatedly turned itself on and off throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. When you're paying for a hotel, a quiet, restful night is the most basic expectation, and that simply didn't happen. We did speak to the front desk about the issue and even played them a recording of the TV coming on and turning off at night. They acknowledged this was a known issue, apologized, and said they would have the manager call us and make it right. This has not happened. We received a response from a no-reply email after submitting the survey, but unfortunately it was just a generic form letter that didn't address the actual problem we experienced. The management response apologized for "not exceeding my expectations" and said they would use the feedback to improve future guest experiences, but there was no acknowledgment of the specific issue, no explanation of what happened, and no offer to make things right. I hope they do fix the problem for future guests, but based on my experience, I can't recommend staying here if you're expecting a restful night's sleep. Also we were too exhausted from the drive to really care about this, but the wifi never worked. Management's disappointing response combined with the unprofessional and dismissive way I see them responding to reviews on here warranted a negative review. You're better off staying somewhere else in town.
