  I was traveling with my dogs and the concierge couldn't have been more helpful. We got bones and poop bags. I appreciate the deposit. Instead of a large pet fee. We got our deposit back and ensures that only those irresponsible pet owners have to pay as opposed to those of us who aren't. This place is great. Highly recommend and if we are in this way again we will be staying.

  Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting Burlington and Stowe and all the great attractions in this area. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. I also loved the Pharmacopeia body products in the bathroom. The Free Breakfast has a lot of offerings and the price for our room was very affordable. Do not hesitate to stay here. I highly recommend it. Thanks Best Western Waterbury/Stowe!

  The hotel is situated on high ground, offering a beautiful view of the city. It features lovely gardens at the rear, a large game room, and a spacious heated pool maintained at the ideal temperature, as well as a hot tub and excellent outdoor amenities for guests—including a fireplace in the reception area. The property is immense, housing a great number of rooms. We would like to highlight the impeccable cleanliness and the beautiful decor of the spacious guest rooms, which are equipped with a minibar and sofas. We also commend the excellent breakfast and the superb service provided by the staff member on duty. Highly recommended!

  Easy on and off I89. Their lobby is nice and has a fireplace going. Breakfast was above average and has the necessities. Rooms are small and a bit outdated, but functional. Beds are a little soft/saggy. They have an indoor pool and hot tub that’s indoors but enclosed in glass which was nice. There’s a cool reading room area if that’s your thing. Fitness center is bigger than most but no free weights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is next door to Ben & Jerry’s factory, and 10-15 mins from Alchemist brewery. Great location to head to Stowe or downtown Waterbury. It’s more of a commuter hotel or short stay hotel as opposed to a place to stay if you’re on a vacation. While I can’t picture bringing kids here, they do have a playscape and swing set. I stayed on business and will definitely stay again.
