  They didn't have an elevator. As senior citizens we didn't like carrying our bags up a flight of stairs.

  It was a phenomenal stay and the room was more than adequate as a double queen, this was my best stay on a 2250 mile treck.

  Extremely nice hotel in an easy access area. Friendly, attentive staff, nice rooms. A few small complaints I forgot to tell staff when we checked out. The rooms were very nice but the bathroom deserves a deep clean, especially around the shower and door edges, light switches, outlets, etc. The top electrical plug in our bathroom didn't work which made it impossible for two women to do their hair at the same time. There wasn't an outlet near the long mirror in the room so it wasn't an option for one to do their hair there. And the ac only worked if we had the auto fan constantly blowing. Otherwise it didn't ever turn on or cool, even set at 67. We'd still choose to stay there again though. Our overall stay was great.

  I stayed here for 2 weeks. During the first 3 days, everything was great. The staff took care of the room cleanliness and provided fresh towels. After that, it felt like they forgot I was even staying here. I had to keep going to the front desk and asking for fresh towels and room cleaning. I went there 3 times, and nothing changed. Right now, I have a pile of trash in my room because the staff simply doesn’t care. Think twice before staying here for several days.
