  I previously stayed at this hotel on 5/17/26. Checked in later at night and the front desk staff member was professional and kind. Check in was quick and easy and made us look forward to staying again. Forward to 5/21/26, no one at desk. A man that looked to be more of a maintenance worker showed up behind the desk. He had previously seen me walk in. He continued to help the man behind me after I said I didn’t have a reservation but needed a couple rooms. More than 10 minutes later he is still socializing on a personal level. Not professional conduct or behavior, I expect better service. He said if I didn’t like the way he handled his hotel I could leave. So I did. Found a nicer hotel at a cheaper rate with better services. I will not recommend anyone stay here.

  This was a wonderful place to stay, we had a king with Jauzzi most comfortable stay. Breakfast was hot and cold choices, with bacon sausage eggs, waffles cearal, toast bagels and much more. Customer service was outstanding stayed on may12-13 checking in was easy and front desk was very friendly and VERY HELPFUL! We checked in at around 6-7 pm and I want to thank her personally for a wonderful experience!
