  Pool and spa for the kids, workout room with basics, breakfast was typical institution level food, service was great and we got a discount for the Lagoon amusement park!

  Cotton Tree inn a Best Western plus is very affordable. Great friendly staff Plenty of walkable restaurant in the area just east of the hotel. Fast food burgers and taco's bakery and sandwiches keep walking east is a BBQ place sit down restaurant. or take out. In the morning a good heath healthy breakfast in the lobby lobby.

  I chose this hotel based on reviews and that the room was a little bigger. We are currently half way through a four night stay. At first, I thought it was just our room that smelled musty but tonight I smelled it in the hall also. Two nights in a row at 10 pm, the Direct TV channels get an error message. I have never experienced such a thing and the front desk refused to check other empty rooms to see if this was widespread. I will give breakfast another chance tomorrow but today was not appealing. UPDATE: ​Owner offered a $20 partial refund for a 4-night stay where the TV was down 3 nights, claiming a DirecTV issue. However, Error 771 indicates a local hardware/dish issue, and no area outages were active. Never could find out if other rooms were affected. Also, I noticed that after I posted this review, windows were left open in the hall to help with ventilation. I would also like to add that if it were not for the DirecTV and musty smell issues, this would have been a quality stay as the bed was really nice as well as the bathroom.

  I rented two bead room . First night one of the bead had dirty sheets. Next night when we got back had to call frnt desk to get me new towels because the room didn't get clean . And dont talk about the coffee machine. Is nasty put water and you will see what I am talking about. Front desk night time super helpful brought me the clean sheets and towels. So no I am not going back.
