  Charged us extra for having 2 kids in a family room. We stay at 30 plus BW’s per year and have never had this happen. Stayed here for a week, then came back and was charged extra. Next time I’ll just go up the road to another bs.

  Nice building, plenty of parking and very nice staff. They were able to grant an early check in during my visit, which I very much appreciate. The room was clean, nicely made up and had everything I could need. Vending machines in the lobby are a nice bonus. The pool and fitness room both looked clean and well-kept. Haven’t explored the area much, but right off the highway and so far a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to trying the breakfast.

  Not sure where the good reviews come from. This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The toilet and bath area are incredibly small. What is provided in the hotel was quite lacking. The air conditioner was turned off when we entered the room, so it was quite hot upon arrival. The sheets are extremely rough. The air vent let out an extremely bad order so the room always stunk. The pool hours are 10am to 10pm. Checkouts at 11 so it really prohibits you from swimming in the morning before check out. Or if you arrive late, there’s no time to swim. It’s like everything was controlled to the owners liking not really focused on guests accommodation. There were weird signs posted all over the hotel demanding how you behaved or acted. Lastly, there were an insane amount of cameras everywhere I mean, I know hotels need to have cameras, but there was definitely a crazy amount that was unsettling.

  Stayed here 2 nights with my service animals. Nice rooms was going to stay another night. Went to get breakfast with my 2 service dogs and was rudely approached by a man from the front desk who assumed my dogs weren’t service animals. I made him aware they were service animals. I don’t put my service animals harness on them because legally they don’t have to have them. But doing this another man who was a guest approached my dogs and stated petting them. Ugh 😩

  Amazing all around. So very clean and the service is wonderful. Great place to stay and in a great location. Take a drive down to the river front or drive 5 miles west to the outlet malls. Plan your next vacation and stay at this Beat Western. You will be glad you did
