  Rooms were fine, clean, everything seemed to be in working order. Exterior entrance to each room. Guest laundry was located on the second floor of the main building. Staff were all very nice. What impressed us the most were all the "extras" that we don't normally see at Best Western's: a large outdoor patio with extensive seating options, live music in the evening, raised garden beds, and giant sized chess. Breakfast also seemed to have slightly more options than the average BW. We were just passing through on a cross country road trip so we don't have a reason to be back but if we did, would definitely stay here again

  One of the best hotel experiences I've had! The room was clean, tidy and looked amazing! I wish I would have gotten a picture of it before my kids climbed all over the beds. It's was peaceful sleeping here and the breakfast was great, lots of tasty choices.

  Comfortable and clean room, western design. In the evening there was music in the courtyard which made it a nice evening to kick back. Breakfast had plenty of choices and hot coffee. Service was welcoming. We met a gardener in the evening, he was fun to chat with and he shared some tomatoes.

  We have stayed with friends and family at the Cedar City Best Western hotels every year for more than 30 years. This year, I had called to confirm, as well as receiving confirmation emails for our several rooms. Each time the BW reservation person confirmed that we had 4 rooms for 4 nights and each time we reviewed the confirmations. Not once did they tell me or send a confirmation for 5 rooms for the 4 nights. Apparently we had a 5th room and were charged a no show fee. The BW account manager was rude, kept telling me to let her talk and would not let me explain all of the confirmations with the BW staff. Wish we had cancelled all of the rooms, stayed at another local hotel and not incurred a hefty no show fee.
