  The Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel in Ballard is the nicest classiest Best Western in which we have ever stayed. The check in clerk, Barb, upgraded our room to a king suite with a kitchenette. It was basically a full kitchen! Barb also gave us a gift bag with cookies, water bottles, and other treats since we are Best Western Diamond Members. The towels were the softest and very large, which is one way we evaluate and rate our hotels. The breakfast was phenomenal!!! Full hot breakfast with numerous choices and 'to go' items with 'to go' containers. The best part of the dining room was the real dishes, utensils, and a children's play area. We stay at Best Western hotels whenever we are able because of the high quality and excellent service. This was the Best of them all!!! Thank you to the manager, Diana, and assistant manager, Angelica.

  Stayed at the Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel in Roosevelt and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything was exactly what I needed after a long day. The breakfast was good, the common areas were clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It's clear the staff takes pride in keeping the property in great shape. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Roosevelt and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay.

  I had an excellent stay at the Best Western in Ballard. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were outstanding, especially the hot breakfast, pool, and fitness area. Everything was kept in great condition, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a quality experience for its guests. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and I appreciated how quiet and relaxing the property was. Whether you're traveling for business, hunting, fishing, outdoor recreation, or just passing through the Uintah Basin, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

  We come to the Roosevelt (Ballard) area 6-8 times per year to visit family and we will never stay anywhere else. Super clean rooms and attention to the tiny details. They have a pool table, gym, pool and hot tub and the best little coffee machine next to the front desk that is delicious. Hot cocoa, lattes and coffees anytime of day! The breakfast is always fresh and delicious with many options to choose from. They have a little store where you can purchase food or toiletries if you forgot something and the prices are fair. The pup can come and they have a nice little area out back for her to walk. Friendly staff too!

  I can't say enough good things about Best Western in Ballard, Utah. Every visit has been a great experience, and a big part of that is because of Angelica and her team, and the outstanding customer service they provide. Angelica is always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued, and her positive attitude makes a lasting impression. Her dedication to excellent customer service is one of the reasons we continue to choose this hotel. The hotel is consistently clean, well-maintained, and provides a welcoming environment for everyone. In addition to being a wonderful place to stay, it has been an amazing venue for special events. We've hosted celebrations such as baby showers and birthday parties there, and the space has always been accommodating, comfortable, and perfect for bringing family and friends together. If you're looking for a hotel with exceptional service, a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and staff who truly care about their guests, I highly recommend Best Western in Ballard.
