  Loves this hotel. It was remodeled. I went into the room and it was already cool. They had all day coffee. In the afternoon, they also had ice cold flavored water. Peach mango the first day and strawberry lemonade the next. They also had homemade cookies that were individually wrapped. This hotel to my surprise tried to still follow some of the COVID protocol to keep staff and customers safe. I love that.

  VERY CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED LOVE THIS HOTEL THE STAFF THAT WORK THERE ARE EXCEPTIONAL & GIVE SUPERIOR SERVICE FROM THE GENREAL MANAGER GEORGE SANDOVAL TO JASON THE FRONT DESK MANAGER & HIS STAFF JUANA, NIC, MAX, JORDAN TO THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT LEAD BY CINDY VILLELA & HER STAFF JOSEFINA, ROXY, BRIANNA, ISABEL, DAVID TO JOHN, TONY & ALFONSO IN MAINTENANCE THEN BREAKFAST IS GOOD ALWAYS PLENTY OF VERIETY OF FOOD KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YA'LL. BEST WESTERN TOWN CENTER IN WESLACO ROCKS.

  Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean. There was an issue with south exit door on the first floor; it would not lock, allowing anyone to enter. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they didn't seem very concerned.
