  Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations of a Best Western Plus hotel. The room felt very damp and had a noticeable moldy smell, which made it uncomfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was particularly disappointing and far below the standard we normally expect from a Best Western Plus property. When we arrived, there were only two eggs left, and several items commonly associated with a Best Western Plus breakfast were missing, including the breakfast sausages. In addition, there was no fresh fruit available at all. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort and breakfast quality that we expect from the Best Western Plus brand, and we left disappointed with the experience.

  Only spent one night at this facility - coming in very late at night. We were greeted warmly and treatedlike VIPs. Our single room with king size bed was perfect! I'm very particular about cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. Hot breakfast was provided and items replenished as needed because staff was on top of it! I rated this modest place 5 stars because management obviously cares about visitors'comfort. Thank for providing a clean room in a safe location.

  Will never rent here again!!! Rented a room to be able to enjoy the pool upon check in was informed pool is closed and won't give a refund. Sorry customer service!!!

  Please make sure that you get everything out of your rooms. I was a secret shopper reviewer to stay in hotels for a week all over Vidor Texas and I was asked to leave a necklace in the room on the bed when I leave and call back to see if they would return it and what do you know there are so many dishonest people still running these hotels just like the one at this one hotel in Vidor. So I call them and ask and it’s no conversation it’s no before I could even get it complytold out of my mouth. We don’t go back in rooms and no haven’t found a necklace. I didn’t even have time to get necklace out of my mouth yet and he told on himself already I asked if I could come look for it in the room he told me no. I was like wow I can’t come look. No we don’t allow it. Then he hung up
