  I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong musty, damp odor that never went away. Several maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable, including a leaking shower, a toilet that did not flush properly, and an air conditioning unit that emitted a loud squeaking noise continuously throughout the day and night. The mattress was also extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. What was even more frustrating was the lack of basic amenities and customer service. There were no towels in my room upon arrival, and when I requested some, I was made to feel as though I was causing an inconvenience. Despite housekeeping staff being on my floor with a cart full of towels, I was told they had only come to vacuum and could not provide any towels. Additionally, there was a significant communication barrier with some staff members, which made resolving issues difficult and added to the frustration. For a hotel carrying the Best Western name, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the room and the overall customer service experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can have a better experience.

  The stay was great. The newly remodeled hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

  Purchased the room for a week for the pool. Pool is indefinitely closed. Was only given the option to refund remaining days instead of a discount off the price. Shower head fell off multiple times. Loud noises all hours of the night and day. Overpriced for so little luxuries.

  Will not be back. This place needs some serious updating. The bed is hard as a brick. The room looks like a dungeon. So depressing. You have 2 temps you can choose in the room, either burn up or freeze to death. I had to switch rooms because it the lock didn’t work. The key cards just deactivate themselves and I had to call for help twice. Service workers are nice. Breakfast is horrible. Not edible at all. Just overall a bad experience.

  We had a 4 night stay and enjoyed most of it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the tub did not drain properly for showers. The first time it was a bath/shower, after it became a turn the water on, turn it off, turn it on, turn it off throughout the shower time. Other than that, it was a good stay.
