  I wouldn't come here again due to rude staff & being placed in the wrong room. The only good thing I have to say about this location is how close it is to the beach ( walking distance) & the number of restaurants surrounding hotel.

  Room was nice and clean, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to most food places on the island.

  Danny, evening attendant, was extra accommodating with my 15 year old son. He gave us visiting Minnesotans some insight into the Rio Grande Valley and South Padre Island.

  White guy in the front yesterday made a big deal about the reservation and made me waste points on a $200-300 hotel, had to get another one at a different location, bad service and no empathy
