  I rented 4 rooms for my work crew at the Best Western in Snyder, TX, and unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. There was construction going on in the parking lot, but there were no signs or instructions telling guests where they could or could not park. After working a long day, my crew and I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM. Shortly after, the front desk employee, Bryana, came knocking very loudly on our doors and yelling at us to move our vehicles. The situation could have been handled much more professionally, especially considering there were no signs posted and we had just arrived after a long workday. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was cold and unappetizing, and the juice machine was not working at all. When a company rents multiple rooms for its employees, we expect basic professionalism, clear communication, and decent service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Management should seriously address the way guests are treated and make sure proper signs are posted during construction.

  I came to Snyder to relocate a client of my data equipment and booked a room here turned out to be worst mistake They put me in room 115, June 10th 2026, I woke up left hotel 2 hours down the road my index finger and right are started itching YEP YOU GUESSED IT BED BUGS, CALLED HOTEL SPOKE TO MANAGER SENT PICTURES SHOWING 3 BITES IN A ROW, IM 63 YRS OLD AND ONLY TWICE IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED BED BUGS BOTH AT BEST WESTERN BRAND HOTELS THE MANAGER HERE IS A LIAR. I called back she said she would refund my stay. THATS NOT EVEN THE WORSE PART AFTER SENDING PHOTOS OF PROOF THEY PUT SOMEONE IN THAT ROOM THE NEXT NIGHT HOW I KNOW THIS I CALLED BACK THAT AFTERNOON MANAGER GONE AND LADY WHO ANSWERED SAID NO ONE TOLD HER ABOUT THE ROOM HAVING BUGS, I TOLD HER PLEASE MOVE THEM THAT ROOM HAS BUGS. COME ON HERE OVER A MONTH NOW AND THE MANAGER STILL HAS DONE NOTHING I SAID IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO REFUND THE MONEY CAN YOU AT LEAST SEE I GET SOME POINTS. THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY 1 OF BEST WESTERN WORST HOTELS THE BED BUGS AND A LYING MANAGER.

  Ok location, sheets were dirty upon arrival and had to change them myself. But AC was really cold, amazing for the July Texas heat

  First sent me to someone elses room while they were in there showering. Then sent me to a pubes invested one. The man said “sorry no one’s inspected the room yet. Someone must be overstayed” so a cleaner and YOU guys your self didn’t go in a check???
