  The room was smoked in and it smelt extremely bad and the staff didn't do anything about it

  excelente servicio, personal muy agradable y servicial, desayuno muy bueno, cuartos limpios y comodos.. y sobre todo la ubicacion es genial todo esta muy cerca. super recomendado!

  Very bad check in service, no hot water the nights that we stayed there and also the hot tub didn’t work. I pay for the 5 nights and eventually they said that I only paid for 4 nights so I had to pay double for one night. Overall very bad service. Don’t recommend it.
