  Place is in disrepair. Staff is overworked. I feel like I got robbed for a room that cost over $100 in a very forgettable town I was just passing through to get from where I had been the day before to where I needed to get to the next day. I should have stayed on the Interstate and not gotten ... "creative."

  I was told “we aren’t allowed to make reservations at this time for the weekend”. WHAT???? That’s the whole point of making a reservation! Best Western….. DO BETTER!!!!
