  Room smelled terrible like smoke and floors were dirty. Burns on floor. Entryway to room was filthy. Large cockroach right outside room. I took pictures. Manager was rude and defensive when I turned in my key and told her I would not be able to stay there. Young lady Sid was helpful and polite but had no authority to help me per the manager. The whole hotel/motel smells like smoke. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Best Western. This is absolutely not fabricated.

  Checked in and immediately checked out. Where i was a little more lucky than other patrons before me, by not finding bed bugs, I did find roaches in the tub and unknow species of bug crawling around on the floor. All that was offered to me was to change rooms, so I chose to just leave even though I will be charged the full amount. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

  No hotel is perfect, but this is one of the best Best Westerns we've stayed in! Front desk lady was great when we checked in and out! Other than traffic, it was quiet. No rowdy folks or screaming kids!

  There's no way this hotel should even be branded a Best Western!! Imagine my shock after arriving late at night from a delayed flight, to find this hotel to be totally unacceptable to stay in. They had assigned an outdoor entrance room far from access to the interior, and upon just opening the door, it was apparent that it was dark, dirty, and smelly inside. No way would a handicapped elder feel safe or comfortable in that room. Upon immediately exiting and informing the front desk night clerk of my outright refusal to stay in that room, she showed me an interior room. Torn dirty carpet led to this room, and the same dark, depressing, stale smelling conditions were immediately apparent. Told the night clerk that there was NO WAY i could stay in their hotel, but she had run my credit card already and said the "manager" had to handle refund requests, and that he wouldn't be in till Monday after 11:30. Meanwhile, i reported the situation to Best Western Rewards who made a ticket on the hotel and we waited for the hotel to reply. On Tuesday, i hadn't heard anything back from the hotel, and learned from BW rewards call center, that the hotel was going to charge me anyway, in spite of the detailed complaint, for the night that i never stayed there. Any decent hotel, and those branded with a Best Western name, would happily have put guest comfort and safety first, and refund willingly, which goes to show why this rundown hotel's management is morally bankrupt and disreputable.

  Overall great place for a sleep but if you're visiting for the amenities pay a little more for a newer hotel. Great staff here, the property is just worn and dated. Staff is very quick and kind. I thought the mattress and pillows were very comfortable mix between firm and soft. Parking easy and great access to nearby attractions. My lower level room faced the interstate but there was little to no audible traffic noise inside the room. A/C past its prime but gets the job done - was 98 outside when I visited and stayed 70 inside easily. Large TV with swivel base very nice. Pool needs a water shock and cleaning as the algae is taking over. The cushioned chair by the window had a medium/large stain on the seat cushion. There were also stains on both the luggage rack and office chair. The dispensers in the shower need a good cleaning around the bottom edge - would be nicer if the despencers got swapped for 1 time use packages.
