  We were in town for my grandparents 70th anniversary. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and had a nice quiet nights sleep. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

  No Ice available, hadicapped bathroom had just a flat floor so water was on entire floor area. There was only a unsecured chair with shower head not very safe. Almost 150.00 a night just exüect more from best western

  Had a last minute need to stay at a hotel due to car issues. The gentleman in the front was kind and respectful. He offered us a discount due to the struggles we were dealing with and I appreciate that. There is pet friendly rooms for a $20 fee per pet which is reasonable. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Bed, bedding, and the ac were spot on despite the humidity outside the inside was cool and no dampness at all. Thank you Llano for your hospitality!

  The location is not safe. I was awake all night due to hearing the neighbors partying the entire night. I checked out a day early and management refused to provide a refund.

  Very conveniently located on the road leading to llano from from San Angelo, with great rooms providing all amenities. A standard, great, best Western. All the employees were courteous and nice, especially the man in the leather vest. Motel style (without the usual downsides associated)
