  Having a nice stay at Best Western North Houston. When I first arrived I was a bit skeptical of the area however after being here 2 days I'm feeling very safe. The rooms appear to be newly renovated and if not then they are immaculately clean. The breakfast was great with a couple of options. What really impressed me was the service I received from Neha the front desk associate. I had a TV in the room that I couldn't get working. After she came up and tried she moved me into a new room with such a gracious attitude. I am a member of Best Western loyalty program and like to stay when I can for business.

  The room was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint. There were several noticeable stains on the couch cushions, the refrigerator had water sitting inside of it, and worst of all, we found stains and hair on the sheets. Seeing hair on the bedding immediately made us question whether the sheets had actually been changed between guests. I understand that hotel rooms aren’t always going to be perfect, but clean furniture and fresh bedding should be the bare minimum. The room definitely needs a more thorough cleaning and inspection before guests are checked in. We were told manager would reach out and he has yet to reach out to rectify this .

  Unfortunately, this was not the best experience with best western. Check in was fine. We got to the room and the air unit was so loud and the bed was missing some bedding. My husband called down to see if we could switch rooms. They had him come down to grab a key to check out the room next door. We were able to switch next door to another room where the air was still loud but not as loud at first. It got louder as the stay went on. The hotel is non smoking but smelled like smoke, cigarettes and weed. All of our things smell like smoke. The bedding wasn’t clean, room floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, walls and ceiling had water stains on them and just wasn’t overall clean. The smoke detector battery needed to be changed and was beeping the entire time. The front desk people and person handling the breakfast were very nice. We wouldn’t stay there again based on the room cleanliness and the smoke smell.

  Rooms were decent. Lobby furniture stained..stay was pleasant until I was checking out and went to sit near windows with tables and was told by staff I couldn't sit there because she had already mopped. I am assuming it was part of the breakfast area. I explained that the lobby furniture was stained and I would just stand and wait for my Uber. The person behind the check in desk heard the entire conversation and never uttered a word. Poor management and poor customer service.

  Nice hotel right off the highway. Hotel is slightly dated but it’s very clean. Bed was comfortable. Few amenities in the room. WiFi was not really good. Great front desk service. Hotel was quiet didn’t see a lot of people. Breakfast had many options and a nice coffee machine. I would stay here again and recommend for short term stays.
