  Door on the sides have no reentry since staff will not fix the card entry, water in shower fills to the top after 5 minutes. Pool area is user as a storage, and no air conditioning in hallways.

  I got stuck on a road trip and got to stay here. the owner helped me out a lot. took me into the city and made sure i had everything i needed for my time being. got me connected with other people to help get me to where i needed to go.

  Nice woman but a very tall man yelled at my child all because she accidentally spilled batter from the waffle maker. She's only 10 years old. Next time, please be nice. God will never bless you if you are ugly to his children.

  Unacceptable service I received at your hotel today. After being on the road for over 16hours and finding no availability in the previous few towns, I called your location to check for a room. The receptionist, [Sham 06/11/26 PM ], informed me that there was one room available but the tv wasn’t working. I explained that I was unable to book online and that I was only 20 minutes away. He explicitly told me that he would hold the room for me. However, when I arrived 20 minutes later, I was told the room had been given to someone else. This is completely unprofessional, especially after I was given a verbal guarantee that the room would be held. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation occurred and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other guests in the future.

  The room stinks, we checked and it was the coffee maker with molds that maybe had been there for weeks ( the staff didn’t even notice). The pool wasn’t open knowing it was summer, the breakfast area was unkept and unpacked, bread were packed in pair on a ziplock, bagels were sliced in half , the 3 apples and 1 oranges were almost forgotten, the counter was un wiped. I can’t upload the pictures, the next morning I noticed our door was unlocked, when I unhooked it opened, means someone tried to open it, I make sure it was locked that night and even put big ice chest on the door.
