  Ice machines were down but staff did their best to have some ice for guests. Comfortable hotel. Sadly the coffee is Nescafé, which is nothing more than instant coffee that is piped through a machine.

  There was 2 choices of hotels in Graham. We choose poorly! The room smelled like urine and mildew! So bad the we went out and got candles and air freshness. Didn't help much. Killed 2 bugs next the 2 dead crickets in the room. "Hair" was all over the bathroom and nothing seemed very clean. Bed wasn't bad but the smell still kept me up. Our view was a pile of old pallets and a broken grill. Didn't even want to see what the breakfast was like. Never would saty at again or recommend that anyone else did.

  This is one of the most pleasant hotel check-ins that I have ever had. I didn’t have a reservation and I was traveling home from a work meeting. Due to bad weather, I couldn’t drive any further. Nicole was at the front desk and helped me get checked in. She was so sweet! Best Western you have a jewel, and her name is Nicole. I am safe. I have a place to sleep, TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and I can take a hot shower in the morning. The price is very reasonable.

  Wedding Couples Beware: Management Admits They "Don't Have Time" For Basic Hospitality I strongly advise any wedding couples, event hosts, or group travelers to avoid booking the Best Western Plus Graham Inn. We chose this hotel as the main recommendation for our wedding weekend, from our out-of-town family and friends, which was a total of 12 rooms that were booked for our wedding. Because the groom needs to be at the venue by by 2:00 p.m., I reached out well in advance to request a 12:00 p.m. room ready for October 3rd so he would have a quiet space to get ready. I even explicitly offered to pay the standard early check-in fee. When I initially called to coordinate this, the front desk attendant mockingly and sarcastically responded, “Well ma’am, what do you want me to do, go into someone’s room and FORCE them to leave?” To make matters worse, the General Manager, Stormy Redner, completely ignored multiple emails regarding this logistical need. I was forced to file an official online complaint and call Best Western Corporate Guest Relations. When corporate customer service intervened and called the property on our behalf, management flat-out REFUSED to accommodate us! They actually flat out ADMITTED to corporate that the hotel is NOT fully booked the night before, meaning clean, empty rooms WILL BE SITTING VACANT, meaning the grooms room absolutely CAN be ready for him by noon. Yet, they claimed they are “very busy” and simply “don’t have time” to prepare or assign him a room. Refusing to click a button to assign an already-vacant room for a groom—while happily pocketing the revenue from 12 of our guest rooms—is a blatant choice by local management to refuse basic customer service. Their lack of communication, hostile front-desk attitude, and complete unwillingness to help a major wedding party is unacceptable. If you are planning an event in the Graham area, save yourself the stress and take your business to a property that actually understands hospitality and values its customers.

  ANTS IN THE BED! This was terrible. A night of no sleep because of ants in the bed. Apparently they don't care because they seem to have plenty of guests. BEWARE!
