  Bed was comfortable, room was clean, pillow although small were comfortable. Guz checked us in and also checked us out....he was terrific! Thanks for the comfortable night sleep!!

  The first thing my 2 yr old granddaughter says when entering rm 213 was. WWWWWWOOOOOOWWWWWWAAA! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 Very beautiful. The staff beautiful. Kind polite, and loving. This is Grandma who is an early riser and travels a lot, and while my children slept and enjoyed that room. I never got slack about eating my breakfast in my car watching movies while my children slept. Yes sometimes that's unusual however the staff never gave me hard time, and we got 1 more night. I pray it goes well. So far so Good. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

  April and so many of the staff here have been so kind and helpful! We moved to Texas and have been here a month while we look at rentals and I feel so blessed to stay here! The pool has been perfect for the heat, I have been spoiled with a wonderful breakfast each day with fruit, sausage, eggs and waffles! The staff really blow me away and are one of the reasons im excited to call El Paso my new home! I am also a gamer and have been able to play my favorite MMOs while in the hotel to keep it feeling like home until we have our new place. I cant speak highly enough about our stay here! (The beds are also comfy!) We have had my cat mew here and have a small crate for her when needed for house keeping, we are so thankful for a comfortable pet friendly stay! I want to add a big thank you to Ivonne who has helped me with my room daily. She has been so kind while I fumble through being social and asking for replacement towels or bedding. I am socially introverted and used to not talking to people often and she has been so kind in making me feel at home until we leave.

  Gus is amazing and was so very helpful with checking in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone because the service is just amazing! I will be staying here for all my stays from here on out well visiting El Paso. I apperictae you hiring great employees that make a hotel feel like home. I appericate all the help he gave to my family and I. Thanks Gus!

  Guz Ceballos. Has been the hero of the day for me and my family. The story is much to long to explain but he went out of his way to accomidate us when I was having a bad week. It goes to say El Paso strong they are out neighbors looking out for you and me. 10 stars for this gentleman.
