  My stay was great, but it was the customer service by Ruby, the front desk attendant, when she went above and beyond to get me my medicine I left in the refrigerator. She had it at the Post Office shortly after I checked out and at my home 4 days later!

  What a dump. The elevator was broken and we had to haul our luggage up three floors. There was smashed food and trash all inside the stairwell. There is no snack bar or any way to buy any type of food in the lobby. This place is just a multi-level version of a motel 6.

  There are multiple motels/hotels in Dilley, TX. This Best Western wasn't bad. Ruby was nice and quick to help with all my needs. Breanna at check out was helpful as well.
