  This is the parking lot of the glo hotel.. when I arrived and checked in I went to park and noticed multiple car windows were broken.. the front desk said he know he was aware of the one window.. I told him that no there several cars with broken windows he went to look and said he don’t have to call the police or make guest aware their vehicle were broke into… so when the guest wake up tomorrow they will be very dissatisfied.. I tried to cancel so i could go to a safer room and the front desk denied any type of refund… if you want to fill safe I would advise not to stay her..

  I checked in my room and left my bags by the door. Two minutes later a roach crawled out. I asked the front desk for my money back. She tried to tell me it was a beetle like I was stupid. She then proceeded to try and show me other rooms to avoid giving a refund which is what I wanted. All three of the rooms were disgusting and smelled like mold and mildew. Beware before you stay here !
