  Spencer just inserted my new nose jewelry. He is super informative and professional. Told me the best way to insert my jewelry and not have issues. The jewelry is pricey but worth it to not have any issues and literally wear it for a lifetime. I would recommend every time.

  I truly had the absolute best experience at Maria Tash today!! Spencer, my piercer, and the rest of the styling team genuinely made me feel at home and calm, yet confident, in my decisions. I had lots of anxiety going into this, and I expressed my eye for precision to the staff before-hand. They were extremely supportive and accommodating. They thoroughly answered each of my questions and spent over two hours talking me through each step of the process. Genuinely a 10/10 experience! I plan to come back whenever I visit Dallas again! :)

  I have always had positive experiences with Maria Tash in NYC and went to the Dallas store for the first time in May. To say I received good service is an understatement. I had a bit of an inflammation emergency with my nose ring and Spencer (piercer) and Brian (store manager) were so attentive and helpful. They graciously allowed me to book a last minute, same day appointment and even though it was the very end of day, no one rushed me. They let me take my time making decisions with purchases and were more than fair. Aside from the location being very clean and organized, it's just a welcoming and warm place. Although my piercing isn't new and I've been caring for it on my own for years, I think I'll defer to this location for my piercing care and maintenance henceforth.

  Very disappointed. I drove 45 minutes just to come to this store. I walked in and another lady of the same ethnicity walked in seconds behind me. We never stood together nor talked to each other. I walked the WHOLE store and nobody person spoke to me even though a worker was literally so close he could touch me ear. I let them know this was disappointing cause I came here only for this store. Then I was told I thought you 2 were together. WE WERE NOT. But even if we were, we couldn’t be helped separately mind you at a glance you can see I had 9 piercings. So this was a bad experience. Please do better just because 2 black ladies walk in almost at the same time ask 1st before assuming.
