  Friendly staff always greeted coming into hotel and into breakfast area. Very attentive staff and nice breakfast options offered. Overall hotel and room appealing with current accommodations. Would highly recommend for future hotel stay.

  We picked this hotel as it was closest to where we were going. Honestly, I was expecting a 'meh' experience, but I was completely surprised. . The lobby area is very spacious and well appointed. My room was terrific, nice sized with a chair and ottoman, a desk, as well as a place for luggage. There was an actual closet with plenty of hangers with an iron/board. The room also had a microwave, fridge, and keurig. The bathroom was another surprise. Very large, nice water pressure in the shower and plenty of towels, bath sheets were a great addition. The breakfast blew me away for a complimentary buffet. Loads of choices. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. There was make your own Texas waffle as well as a yogurt dispenser (sounds weird, but it was decent and there was granola, nuts and other toppings to make it how you wanted). Other breakfast breads and muffins available. By far, Lannie, the attendant, was one of the nicest things in the room. She greeted folks as they came in, briefly explained where things were and told us to ask her for anything. She also had a megawatt smile. I will most definitely consider a Best Western Plus when making hotel reservations in the future.
