  Really nice hotel given the area. Rooms can be off a little but it’s always minor things and pricing is high. But Staff has always been very friendly and helpful and breakfast is good, better food than most hotels have. Would recommend staying here if coming through the area.

  If i had to stay in Big Lake again. I would choose Best Western plus again. everything from the price to the room was perfect..

  Enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful will definitely stay again
