  Good location right off the freeway, not too far from downtown Waco. Nice, helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned well, furniture and carpets in good condition. A/C worked well. Ask for a room that's not on the freeway side.

  We stayed this past weekend and my children have several bites on their bodies after spending the night. The room smelled like mildew, the pool was dirty and although we did not visibly see any bed bugs, it is obvious that the rooms were infested since we all found bites on our bodies. My father in law booked two rooms, are family members of both rooms experienced the bug bites. Be careful taking a shower if you decide to stay here because it is very slick and my kids slipped and fell and I almost did as well. The shower head also was malfunctioning and spraying water everywhere causing poor water pressure. Also the wifi wouldn’t connect to the TVs so you cannot use any of the apps on the tv and the wifi is slow on other devices as well. It’s not worth the stay, find somewhere else that is cleaner and won’t cause you to wake up with bug bites.

  Karen is so sweet and caring. The whole staff is very friendly. There is a bit of noise from the interstate but I tell you what. It has been an excellent stay. Karen had a smile every morning and could not ask for a more kind soul. She was amazing. Thank you for such an amazing start to my day every day.

  Stayed for the awesome breakfast quoted in the reviews. Not so much. The attendant was friendly and accommodating, but used the same rag to wipe the juice dispenser nozzles as she used on the counter. The room was adequate, but musty and damp. Just Waco, I guess. The pool was tiny.

  Worst Best Western we've ever stayed in. Seriously, I can't believe Best Western is putting their brand on this place. Mold growing through the sheetrock in various spots in the room (see pic) and an overwhelming smell of mold/mildew when you open the door of the room. Seemed like everything was broken with a sign on it (yogurt machine, ice machine never had ice, gym was out of order).The common area trash cans were constantly full. Parking spots are so small that even compact cars can't open their doors once parked. Literally felt like we needed to be sanitized after leaving. The breakfast area is tiny and stays overwhelmed. The only plus here is Karen - the kitchen staff - she worked like crazy during breakfast to make sure that everyone was fed and had a great personality while she worked. Would definitely recommend staying somewhere else....this place needs some major attention.
