  Hotel staff is very nice and accommodating, have been here numerous times, some may even say I live here lol. The rooms are at a decent rate too! When I've stayed in a double queen in was such a nice room, even had a massive television, while some of the other rooms I've been in haven't had a big of televisions, I believe they are slowly upgrading. The complimentary breakfast is really well, especially compared to other locations I've stayed at. The night staff are also quick to come help you when you have arrived to the desk, sometimes you don't even need to ring the bell!

  I really enjoyed the fire alarm testing at 4 am that nobody told me about or I would’ve found a different hotel

  Stayed at Best Western Plus Bay City recently and honestly had such a comfortable experience. The hotel looks very nicely renovated and everything felt clean and fresh from the moment we walked in. The lobby was welcoming, the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth and fast. Our room was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly which was amazing after being outside in Texas heat all day. The bathroom was spotless, towels were fresh, and housekeeping did a really good job throughout our stay. One thing I really appreciated was how peaceful and quiet the property felt at night. We were able to sleep comfortably without noise issues. The breakfast in the morning was also better than expected — sausage, bacon, yogurt and lots of toppings including granola, berries, blueberry and etc, breads, muffins fresh coffee, waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, and everything stayed stocked even during busy hours. You can tell the management and staff are genuinely trying hard to improve the property and make guests happy. For the price, this hotel honestly exceeded expectations and felt safer, cleaner, and more comfortable than many hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Definitely would stay here again if I’m back in Bay City. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!
