  Housekeeping is WAY too loud in the hallways in the mornings. They’re talking too each other down the hall and they are super loud. They should be coached to whisper or keep their voices down. The walls are paper thin as well so you will hear everything. A/C is loud and clunky and refrigerator too. Don’t stay here if you’re wanting to sleep in or have a restful night sleep. No peace and quiet in general.

  This places it staffed by uncaring monsters. My son's insurance paid for a room since we are in town for his Cath Procedure. They did not let us check in just because I didn't have my physical ID. I have stayed at this hotel many times and now they want to apply policies whenever they feel like it. My son is a heart transplant patient and is 4 years old. We came with medical transportation which means we had no car to just got look for another hotel and it was raining cats and dogs outside. And they still refused to let us check in even those I had a picture of my ID. This staff does not care about you at all. They got the money from the company thats all they care about. The manager Guillermo is the worst manager I have ever encountered he could careless about throwing a family out in the rain with nowhere to go. Wish I could give no stars.

  Any stars over 1 are lying. Do NOT stay here unless you're into drugs and robbery. Oh, and bed bugs. I'm a native Austinite and this motel and the one behind it are trash. These "good" reviews are fake.

  Rooms are tiny and walls, ceilings, doors, windows are paper thin. Front desk friendly. Rooms are clean. But the no go definitely was how we could hear everything from all sides the whole time we were in the room. Shower ceiling was especially low, I’m 5’2” and all I had to do was lift my arm and I could touch the ceiling so definitely not for tall people

  The room is fairly old, but overall it was clean. The AC worked well and blew cold air, and the bathroom had good water pressure. However, I was disappointed with how an issue involving housekeeping was handled. We brought our own bath towels, which happened to be a similar color to the hotel’s towels, and housekeeping mistakenly took them along with the hotel towels. To be fair, the staff did make an effort to look for our towels after I reported the issue, but unfortunately they were unable to locate them. What I found unacceptable was being told afterward that there was nothing they could do and that the hotel was not responsible simply because our towels were a similar color to theirs. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate that they tried to find the towels. However, these were our personal belongings that were mistakenly removed from our room by hotel staff. I would have expected the hotel to take some responsibility or offer a reasonable solution rather than dismissing the issue because of the color of our towels.
