  Arrived at hotel a little after 3pm for check in. Room was not ready. Was told to wait 30mins. 30 mins passed and room still was not ready but other guests that arrived within that time had their rooms ready. One couple who arrived after we did, had the same situation but their room was ready within 25 minutes. I’ve traveled and used best western plus before and usually I have a great experience. Very upsetting to have to wait over an hour for the room to be ready, when I needed the room to get ready for an event in the area.

  FanTASTIC hotel and service! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and the most comfiest pillows and bedding! Towels are scratch free, breakfast is amazing, & prices are definitely competitive! Check in/out was seamless! Mrs. Bertha at the front desk, VERY helpful and very professional! All in all, 5* hotel in my opinion! Would definitely recommend if you’re near the Austin airport area! *Also has an exercise section to get a good work out in! With nice treadmills and other equipment!! +++!

  1 star is to much but it won’t let me proceed! Room 304 was disgustingly moist & moldy towel smell! We arrived due to delayed flight at 3am and just wanted to go to sleep! The smell of body order on the bedding and listening to my adult children complain about as definitely justified! Until my dispute is approved I refuse to remove this post! DSHS will be notified!! The whole stay should be comped! I am so irate embarrassed and disgusted! Make it right!! We barely were in the room because of how unsuitable it was/is… The folio# 22003779

  We stayed at this hotel in January during the winter storm and were treated very well by the staff. We came back to this hotel this last week because of our experience in January and the staff are the same. Highly recommend staying here.

  I chose this hotel partly because it advertised a pool, but unfortunately the pool was completely shut down during our stay and we were unable to use it at all. Had I known this before booking, I would have chosen another hotel. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property, and the elevator smelled absolutely disgusting every time we used it. We also found cockroaches during our stay, which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, forcing me to use my personal hotspot and mobile data. For travelers who need internet access, this was a major inconvenience. The laundry facilities were disappointing as well. The washer did not clean our clothes very well, and the dryer failed to dry them completely, resulting in wasted time and additional expense. The shower water never got truly hot and was only lukewarm at best, which made for an uncomfortable experience after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was mediocre. The sausage patties were hard and overcooked, although the eggs were okay. Our room was also missing basic guest amenities and information. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign available, and there was no hotel information booklet, local guide, or materials explaining hotel amenities or nearby attractions. As visitors to the area, that information would have been helpful. When I spoke with the front desk and politely asked if any discount or accommodation could be offered because the pool was closed and due to the other issues we experienced, I was essentially told no. There was no effort to address our concerns or make things right. Between the closed pool, non-functioning Wi-Fi, cockroaches, foul odors, lukewarm shower water, poorly functioning laundry facilities, mediocre breakfast, missing guest amenities, and lack of customer service, this was a very disappointing stay. We stayed three nights and expected much better from a Best Western property. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
