  The hotel is under renovation and the carpet is being redone and is so annoying to walk past with all that construction going on. What an inconvenience and also front desk asks a million questions and is very slow. Bad customer service, bad experience and nobody does that.

  I was starting to get skeptical for a few different reasons but Scottie turned it around. He offered to help up through the back of the hotel and with our bags. He did NOT have to help us but went out of his way to do so.Thanks Scottie!!!!

  El Hotel es lindo pero cuenta con un mal servicio, en pleno Verano la piscina a estado cerrada por mas de una semana hice mi reserva hace 2 semanas atrás, llego ningún correo electrónico notificación los cambios o informando sobre, No es posible ni justa que no notifiquen a los huéspedes con anticipación sobre el cierre de la piscina, cuando llegas tienes que pagar un deposito extra de 50$ aparte de tu reservacion de Depósito otro detalle que no notifican con anticipación.

  Staff was Amazing and I have no complaints from them. Guy with black curly hair that works the front is awesome. My problem draws from how humid the room was, it was more humid in my room than it was outside on top of it reeking of mildew. The ac in my room also could not effectively cool the room from how much water was in the air and this was an issue over a few days, which for the price is not a great deal.

  STRAIGHT UP 5 STARS !!.. LOVED THIS PLACE .. STAYED ONLY ONE NIGHT BUT WAS SUPER COMFORTABLE..ROOM WHERE NICE AND CLEAN , BED WAS COMFORTABLE !!.. HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL..THE FRONT DESK STAFF WHERE EXCELLENT & VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ONE WHO HELPED ME JULIAN DID EXCELLENT JOB & EXPLAINED ALL THINGS.. A RESTAURANT THAT IS CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE MACHI SUSHI , I DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO EAT THIS TIME BUT SAT AT THE BAR , BEER WAS COLD STAFF WHERE EXCELLENT & VERY FRIENDLY . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL... I WILL BE BACK INNA COUPLE MONTHS AND WILL BOOK A STAY HERE AGAIN.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEXT TIME ILL HIT THE POOL & JACUZZI!!!..
