  I stayed here for one night, and at first the experience was fine. I spoke with two different front desk staff members during my stay, and they were nice. The issue happened after I checked out. I had to work on my car in the parking lot for a few hours in 100°F weather. The hotel was not busy at all, and there were plenty of open parking spaces. No one had said anything to me earlier, and other staff members did not seem to have an issue with it. Later in the evening, a front desk employee who said she came on shift around 3 PM told me I needed to leave immediately or she would call the police for trespassing. She was a heavier-set middle aged white woman working the front desk that afternoon I understand hotels have policies, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily hostile. She did not give me a warning beforehand or even offer me the option to book another night if the issue was that I was no longer a guest. I also had my younger sister with me, and I explained that we were trying to finish getting the car back together so we could leave safely. She did not seem to care and still insisted we leave immediately in the heat. I have stayed at many hotels while traveling and have never been treated like this over a temporary car issue in an otherwise mostly empty parking lot. Because of how this was handled, I would not stay here again and would be hesitant to book another Best Western in the future. I’m posting this from an alternate Google profile for my own protection, as I’ve had bad experiences in the past after leaving honest negative reviews for businesses.

  Overall, this was a clean, newly renovated hotel, and the rooms accurately reflected the photographs shown on the Best Western website. The property was modern, well maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. The only disappointment involved our special request. We were traveling with my 90-year-old mother and specifically requested adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other on the top floor. While I understand these requests cannot always be guaranteed, they were not accommodated, and I was left with the impression that our request may not have been reviewed before our rooms were assigned. Simply acknowledging the request or explaining why it could not be honored would have been appreciated. Breakfast was adequate, with a decent selection of items, but nothing particularly memorable. The breakfast area was also somewhat small and became crowded during the busiest part of the morning. Overall, this was a good stay. The hotel was clean, updated, and accurately represented on the website. My only recommendation would be for the staff to pay closer attention to guests' special requests, particularly when they involve traveling with an elderly family member.

  4 stars on the room because the bed and pillows were not comfortable for my taste but the staff and hotel are great. The front desk really helped us out this last trip. Thank you!

  Rooms were spacious and clean. Shampoo, soaps and lotion were Pharmcopia citrus, which was wonderful. Hot breakfast was included with eggs, sausage, biscuits/ gravy, waffles, pancakes, and a whole lot moreof the usual choices... and....an espresso/latte machine as well as regular coffee. We only needed for a night but would stay again when we come back through here. Pets are welcome here, so we saw quite a few dogs.. great place for kids and animals both. Only con for a shorter, not as agile person.... the bed was a little high for my short legs and bed was a little harder than I like but with the cool, quiet room, we slept well.

  I have no complaint about this location’s cleanness, and the rooms are pretty spacious. But it’s actually the only hotel where I’ve noticed noise as an issue. We go on roadtrips every year and have stayed at hotels of various brands and different price range. Nothing is perfect, of course, but I’ve never been bothered by noises. But this time at BWP Medical Center it was a bit scary to hear dragging and metal clinging sounds in the hallway at 3am. Additionally, the guests above my room were walking or stomping around the room at 6am and it persisted for about an hour. The other main thing is the water pressure. It’s MEAGER. These two aspects resulted in a very unpleasant stay.
