  Haven’t stayed at a best western in years and I’m happy to be back. This place is cleans and the rooms have been updated. Comfortable beds, no carpet in the rooms and everything is clean. The continental breakfast was awesome and much more than I expected. Eggs, sausage, hot, coffee, biscuits, and gravy, and a waffle station. Cereal station or and peanut butter and jelly if that’s what you prefer. What was more impressive is the food quality and the gentleman that was wiping tables down as soon as as they cleared. Everything was nice and clean for the next guest. Would definitely stay here again.

  staff more worried about being on their cell phones and smoke breaks than helping customers … 1/10 AVOID AT ALL COST i gave them a extra start because some of the staff actually seemed to care that i got stole from here … but still didnt get my money back cant wait to see all these smiling faces in person next year 😅

  I don’t like this hotel at all. There were so many ants in our room and mold in the shower. There were stains on the towels provided in the room as well. The only good thing about it was how convenient it was to Cades cove. DO NOT stay here.

  1/10 staff was rude and texting entire time instead of paying attention , bathroom light didnt work entire place smelled like cigarette smoke and room visually was “rough” condition … also they waited until after i left to post additional bogus “smoked in room” charges ive stayed here every year for the past 6yrs and its gradually gotten worst will not return

  It's not the worst hotel room I've ever experienced, but it wasn't worth what I paid. The price is comparable to the really great places in the area, so check those out. There is an electrical problem in room 216. The bedside lights and outlets don't work. That means the alarm clock doesn't work. I couldn't charge my phone by my bed. I had to get up to turn off the lights when I was ready to sleep. The door to the refrigerator cabinet won't stay closed. They'd be better off just removing the door, honestly. But the worst part was the constant, very loud rattle of the AC. If, for some reason, you decide to stay at this hotel, bring ear plugs! I brought all of these things to the attention of the manager with the Jamaican accent (I didn't get his name), he just said they'll look into it.
