Our room didnt look like it was cleaned, leftover food in fridge and the ac leaked onto floor from windows to bed. Had to change rooms obviously. Put us on 2nd floor. There was no ice machines working on the first or second floor. And the hotel must have had the ac off it was hot and musty inside hotel. They did have good coffee.

The service here was excellent! Monica at the front desk checked us in and she was very polite, friendly, and professional! They have an indoor/outdoor pool plus a free continental breakfast(sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and assorted juices and drinks). Our room was also exceptionally clean! Great stay and would definitely recommend!

This is a great hotel at a great price. It's only a couple of miles from Nashville airport. The rooms are very nice and clean. The rooms are absolutely not "dated" as another reviewer wrote. I've seen dated rooms. These rooms look very updated. The breakfast was pretty standard for a free hotel breakfast. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pastries, waffles, etc. The breakfast lady, Adelita, was so kind and friendly. She should be training other people in that position. She greeted us with a smile and good morning. She cleared our dishes. She kept the breakfast items stocked. The location is great. If you don't have a car, there are places to eat within walking distance. We only have one complaint. When we landed, we went to the hotel shuttle area. We called the hotel to find out when we could expect the shuttle. The first time it rang ant rang and hung up on us. The second time we were put on hold forever. Never did find out. So we spent almost $20 taking an Uber. We waited a half an hour in that awful sauna feeling parking garage shuttle waiting area. Never saw the shuttle. Never got a hold of anyone.

Staff was friendly. Location very close to airport. So can't complain on that. But the rooms....not enough charging ports for a family of 3, and half of the ones they had didnt work. But for what it was, it was okay I guess.

Major Health Hazard: Bed Bugs in Room 402 and Hostage Over a Third-Party Booking Refund I am absolutely appalled by the lack of basic hygiene and professional accountability at the Best Western Plus in Nashville. I checked into Room 402 and discovered a live bed bug infestation, which is a flagrant violation of state health codes. Under the Environmental Health Regulations of the Tennessee Department of Health, hotels are strictly required to take effective measures to eliminate the presence of bed bugs and are prohibited from keeping vermin-infested bedding on any bed. This room is a severe biological risk and needs to be completely quarantined immediately. When I discovered the bugs, I went down to the front desk. Because I booked through a third-party website, the hotel completely refused to refund my money on the spot, effectively holding my funds hostage and leaving me stranded with nowhere else to go. The front desk gentleman actually contacted the manager on my behalf to explain the situation. Despite being informed of the active infestation, the manager was completely unwilling to do anything immediate and lazily stated that I would just have to come back in the morning. Leaving a guest trapped in an active biohazard zone overnight violates the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), which protects consumers from deceptive business practices and unsafe commercial environments. Forcing a guest to choose between sleeping in a bed bug-infested room or being cast out onto the street without a refund is a complete failure of customer care. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division and Metro Health to ensure this room is legally inspected and shut down before another traveler is exposed to this health risk. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
