  ⚠️⚠️⚠️. Don’t make the mistake and get a room from here. I was in room 213 and there were 2 bugs; one climbed on the bed shirt and the other one on the back of the seat. They moved me to room 423, which was an inconvenience because they do t properly spray. Once I arrived, everything was okay and then I saw a different type of bug on the sink. I attached all pictures and this is unacceptable.The pool was nasty and had rust spots around the pool, multiple beetles in the water and lots of ants outside the pool. Definitely an extermination issue. I will be contacting the county to help others who have seen bugs as well. Also, I tried to talk to the manager but they don’t work on weekends. I saw him on Monday morning 6/15 but he was too busy to talk to me. I didn’t force the issue because he should care enough to want to communicate with a customer. They said they were going to follow-up but they haven’t. Since they haven’t, I decided to send the bad review to help others. Horrible experience. Again, the county will be called to ensure the safety of others in the community.

  We had a great experience there. Rooms were good and roomy. All of the staff were helpful and friendly especially the lady that did the free breakfast.

  The stay was fine but when we got back from our trip and needed to be picked up from the airport no one would answer the phones. When I called customer service they told me to ask the airport help desk.

  So glad we decided to book a room here early! We were south of town the 1st night but didn't really like the area, called and asked if they had room for us night 2, we already had it booked nights 3 and 4. Convenient location, clean and quiet, and great friendly staff. I greatly enjoyed talking with Adelita each morning during breakfast- she's so sweet! Speaking of breakfast, it was hot, fresh, and the coffee was perfect too get our day going. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we're in town! They do have an airport shuttle; we didn't use it but it's nice to know it's available.

  Excellent economical lodging Adjacent to Nashville Airport! My wife and I recently stayed here again as we departed and returned from a flight from Nashville. This Best Western Plus provides safe, clean, reliable lodging in the heart of the Nashville airport (BNA) hustle and bustle for budget prices. It is obvious the staff is working with a limited budget yet has mastered the art of providing great quality, cleanliness and courtesy with what they have to offer. Prices have recently increased yet are moderate and quite good for the way everything has increased in cost lately. The rooms are small yet adequate with dorm-size refrigerators and some rooms have microwaves. The staff is caring and attentive. The included breakfast is basic and does not vary, yet the cook/hostess Adelita has been an institution here and does an excellent job ensuring everything remains fresh, clean and well prepared. The pool is small yet very clean and without a strong odor, the hallways are always neat and clean, the security doors to the outside are in good working order and always locked, and everything outside is brightly lit and well maintained. The air conditioning works very well, which is important with Nashville heat and humidity! This is not a fancy place yet it has everything we consider important, and I was able to work from here on this trip and found the free internet adequate for Teams streaming, even while my wife was streaming Netflix on the adjacent television. There are a few signs that the facility needs a little TLC, which hopefully the coming summer season will support. The ice maker on the second floor was broken for our entire stay., The provisions to support streaming on the 1080p televisions throughout the hotel had issues and the front desk said this is a commonly reported issue with no standard solution. I was able to get it working by circumventing the provided solution but it was harder than it should be these days. The desk chair in our room at arrival was broken but maintenance replaced it quickly when requested. There is also a strange quirk about the electrical outlets -- many of them do not tightly hold a plug and items become unplugged easily. These issues are relatively minor for lodging in this price category. We hope the hotel does well enough for these little challenges to be fixed, yet not so well that it gets priced out of our budget. We will definitely return, hopefully often!
