  We mostly stay at airbnbs when we travel (out of the tourists areas )however we extended our stay an extra day this trip and our airbnb wasn't available. $480 for one night is INSANE!!!! It's a $180 a weekend night at best for the area.... Especially for a Best Western We have stayed at some pretty nice hotels and this was still $200+ more a night ..more than we have ever paid! It's a shame ....hiking up the prices like that. Needless to say we won't be staying at this hotel ever again. Note: We don't ever partake in the breakfast at motels so that isn't a perk for us. On a positive note : The Staff were friendly and very accommodating with early check. If you are coming to Nashville for the weekend expect to pay up to 4x more for a hotel then any other place in the Country.

  I just checked out yesterday from one of there rooms. I GOT BED BUG BITES. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I've tried contacting their gm after the hotel sent me a different phone number to call. No response yet.

  Fitness center not cared for properly. Very dirty machines never cleaned. Pool furniture dirty not cared for properly. Continental breakfast same menu 5 days in a row. Tina attendant very helpful and hard worker. Guest laundry dirty but machines did work. Overall hotel management did not clean place well. I worked in hotel business for many years in management and would not have had our hotels this unkempt for price they got in Nashville. We travel cross USA and are Diamond members only stay at Bestwesterns. Sincerely, Sandra & Steven Boline

  We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western. Super nice people! We were in room 521 the Elvis room. It was a delightful room. Fun decor and very comfortable. Coffee bar with fridge and microwave. Well lit bright bathroom. Safe in the room for valuables. Takes a while for the hot water to reach the shower so be patient. Breakfast was included which was nice, open till 10am so you can sleep in a bit. But I suggest being a down by 9. Choices are made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, juices and fruit. We walked down to Broadway to the heart of the bars every day. Took about 25 minutes. We love to walk and it was mostly flat. If you go through the Gulch it's a little less flat. Stop by Bisquit Love for coffee and a biscuit. They have a work out room and a pool and 2 huge massage chairs to use too. $20 a night to park, felt safe here. It's on the trolley line if you pay to ride it. We prefer to walk. We will definitely stay again. Fair price, quiet well appointed rooms, good breakfast and friendly faces. What more do you need?😉

  I am extremely disappointed and concerned about what happened during my stay at this hotel. During my stay, a housekeeping employee touched me sexually without my consent. I contacted the police immediately, and an official police report was filed. What was even more disturbing to me was the way the situation was handled afterward. The hotel offered to refund my stay and asked me not to press charges against the employee. Because I live in another state and knew that pursuing the case could require me to return for court proceedings, I ultimately decided not to pursue criminal charges. However, my decision not to pursue charges does not change what happened or how serious the situation was. I was also extremely concerned to learn that the employee remained working at the hotel after the incident. This is especially troubling to me because hotels accommodate women, children, and families, and housekeeping employees can have access to guest areas and rooms. For me, this is not about receiving a refund or getting a free hotel stay. My concern is guest safety. I believe anyone considering staying here deserves to know about my experience and how the situation was handled. I have an official police report documenting that law enforcement was contacted regarding the incident.
