    Sorprendida con la gran calidad de servicios por un precio tan accesible, la habitación limpia y muy cómoda. ofrecen desayuno tipo buffet muy completo, con proteínas, cereales, lácteos, frutas.

    We were traveling on June 18th with our Girl Scout Troop back from Savannah, GA. Trying to be economical, we thought this would be a great choice for a 1 night stay on our way home. We arrived around 7:30 pm to a cranky front desk worker. Once to our rooms, we were starting to settle in. Shoes off and I stepped in something wet and squishy. I quickly put my shoes back on, told the girls to not put anything on the floor and started to look around. In between the beds, where I stepped barefoot was a smear of something. Also, there were crumbs throughout the room. Between the bed and nightstand, there was something sticky down the night stand and on to the floor. I called down to the front desk. The cranky worker came up, put his foot in the smear I stepped in and said ew sticky. He came back with a broom! Complained about it being sticky but swept up the crumbs. Then came with a strong smelling cleaner to mop. I explained that I get migraines and asked if we could just have another room. He said No. He proceeded to say he could "clean" with just water. I said that is not cleaning anything. He then just said we'll I can give you a refund. NOW, at 8 pm on a Thursday evening pur troop of 5 teenage girls and 2 women has to find a hotel with 2 rooms available. To say disappointed is an understatement. I have photos but cannot load ... go figure

    The rooms are dirty. There are stains on the floor and the walls, and there are cobwebs on the walls. The door leading outside in the pool room is left wide open late at night so anyone is able to go in. The pool room itself is very dirty and not well kept. The service so far has been not very good. Staff are seeming bothered by having to do their jobs and are slow to be of service. When we first entered our room, the bathroom stunk. The beds are nice but multiple bugs have been seen crawling around which leads us to believe that the rooms are not very well cleaned.

    Great value. $73 plus fees and taxes. Room was clean, decent size, and no glaring problems. My goal was to get a place to stay with no difficulties for a night and it achieved that. Now, if they change the price to, say, $129 a night, I would not be so enthusiastic. The rooms are slightly dated and the breakfast was less than spectacular. But, if you need a place to stay, at a good price, and want to visit Buc-ees at midnight, I would highly recommend it.

    We stayed here based on the ratings and recommendations from others, and overall the motel itself was very nice. The rooms were clean, well laid out, and we especially enjoyed having the balcony. The location was also convenient and added to the experience. My only real complaint was the staff interaction, both at check-in and check-out. Nobody was openly rude, but the whole experience felt very cold and impersonal. At check-in, it was basically just “name please,” followed by handing over the key packet and pointing out the Wi-Fi password. There was no warmth, greeting, or welcoming personality at all. Check-out honestly left the worst impression. Around 9:30 Sunday morning, I brought the keys back to the desk. The gentleman working never smiled, never thanked us for staying, never said goodbye — nothing. When I handed him the keys, still in the packet, he wouldn’t even take them from me and just pointed toward a basket beside him. I dropped them in and walked out. Maybe I’m overreacting, but we travel quite a bit and I leave a lot of reviews, so I notice customer service. When you start paying $125+ a night, you expect at least some level of hospitality and friendliness. I’ve honestly had warmer service at much cheaper places. The motel itself was nice and the rooms were very good, but the staff just seemed completely uninterested in doing anything beyond the bare minimum. That made the stay feel less welcoming than I expected. I’m not sure if we’ll stay again, but hopefully they improve the customer interaction side of things because the property itself has a lot going for it.
