  I cannot speak enough good things about Laura, Lynn and David! I had a very challenging trip from Charleston SC to Indianpaolis, IN and stopped here to sleep half way. They went above and beyond in customer service to help me in a predicament io had. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time, esp from a hotel. I am very grateful. The room was clean and while it could be updated in a few areas, it was very clean, well-stocked and provided everything I needed. Note to future guests - just book on the website. I made the mistake of booking through Expedia and lost $100 due to their refusal to help me with a booking mistake. Its not worth it if you have issues when the hotel can take care of it right away for you.

  Don't stay here. I usually prefer a best western, but this one does not meet standards. Got in my room, it smells musty. TV does not work. Breakfast is put away before closing time. Coffee is like colored water with no flavor. I will not be staying here again.

  this is one of the best best westerns i've been to! i had a very bad experience with a best western in june and it turned me away but this one definitely changed that, Lynn at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating , This is a great place to stop especially for long distance travel and the breakfast bar was great 10/10

  BED BUGS BEWARE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. After the first night, I woke up with strange bites on my fingers, but I didn’t think anything of it. When I got back to the hotel later that day, I was bitten a few more times across my legs and finally tore off the sheets to check. That’s when I found a sole bedbug skittering across the comforter. I immediately informed the front desk and left the property. I wasn’t charged for my second night there, but Laura, the manager of the location insists that they don’t do refunds for bedbugs. So not only did I pay nearly $100 to get bitten by bugs, I also have to be extremely careful with my luggage and get proper medicine to treat the swollen bites.

  The breakfast gave us the runs, the room wasn't vacuumed & the tub had pubic hair upon arrival, the coffee maker didn't work and when reported I was given an attitude. The coffee provided for breakfast was cheap Folgers which I refuse to consume after FDA reports released, (This made national news). The hot tub has been broken the whole time. Even though a ticket was put in like 11 days ago. We will Nver return to this location.
