  We stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was a very bad experience. There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the room, and it smelled like mold. The air was extremely humid, and we couldn’t sleep in the room. We had no choice but to sleep in the car.

  Just need a ice bucket. Not sure ice machine worked in the laundry room. It is a old building with access right next parking lot.

  Great room for the price will stay again. Shower and water pressure was awesome

  Everything was great as usual ya ll always go out of your way we ve been coming to this one for yrs we leave out of state and our son leave about 2 miles down road.ya ll didn't t have to change sheets till we left but ya ll did. We stayed at a different motel in Knoxville last yr it was awful but this yr when we go to Knoxville it will be a best Western

  No ADA access to first floor room. We requested a wheelchair accessible room we had a very difficult time getting up the small step. The bathroom door was too narrow to get the wheelchair in. The carpet was nasty. The air conditioner did not work good. The room smelled like mildew. The bed was not confy. The cleaning person was pounding on the door at 8:15 am. Seriously DON'T STAY HERE!!!
