The location is awesome! Close to grocery stores and Hwy. no issues with room service, the breakfast was basic and was good. Coffee always served. There is also a kids family friends play ground and a pool. Very pleased!

Absolutely pass. Any hotel requiring a deposit is bad news. The business will reply with the same ole cliche answer, but absolutely avoid this place.

**Solid Budget Stay with a Few Quirks** Overall, this was a pleasant stay, especially given the low nightly price. It covers all the basics well for a budget-friendly option, though there are a few drawbacks to keep in mind. **Pros:** • Cleanliness & Bedding Safety: The room was very clean, and I especially appreciated the mattress cover designed to block bed bugs—a huge plus for peace of mind. • Great Coffee & Breakfast: The breakfast selection was good, and the coffee was excellent. Having decaf available at night as well as fresh coffee in the morning was a fantastic touch. • Quiet & Convenient: Plenty of parking was available, and the property stayed quiet throughout the night. • Friendly Staff: The service was warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. **Cons:** • Room Conditions: The room was quite small and had a noticeable smoky smell upon entering. • Missing Bathroom Essentials: There was no hand soap provided for washing hands after using the bathroom. • TV Quality: The TV picture was blurry. • Sleep Distraction: Bright outdoor lights leaked into the room, making it difficult to get the space completely dark for sleep. • Parking Lot Hazard: The drainage grates in the parking lot are very deep and could easily cause damage to the bottom of your car if you accidentally drive over them. For the price, the value is definitely there—just watch out in the parking lot, bring extra toiletries, and pack a sleep mask!
