  The most important thing to know about this property is that it is not a hotel, despite what the description and the grand name "Royal" claim—it is a budget motel. The rooms are tired and outdated, with high humidity and a musty odor. It was a very disappointing experience for my family, to the point where we seriously considered leaving. The main issue is that the photos on Booking.com and Google are framed so selectively that they create the illusion of a proper hotel. You have to look extremely closely at just one or two pictures out of dozens to realize that room doors open directly to the outside parking lot. This feels like misleading. At this price point, you could book a real hotel, whereas comparable motels are cheaper. The only decent part of our stay was the front desk/breakfast area and the breakfast itself, which was standard and fine for the price.

  First time flying into Chattanooga in Tennessee sadly enough the hotel is about 15 miles away from the Airport. The rooms were decent however i think due to the humidity the room felt a little stuffy but overall room is OK. The night reception that accepted us in the hotel very friendly very warming very welcoming explain a lot of things about the area where to get food around the hotel. One thing I must say all Best Western do have a breakfast most of them are the same from hotel to the other however this hotel the breakfast left a lot be desired, we had a small bite and had to leave it behind and walk away and go get breakfast elsewhere. Several restaurants around the place like the Waffle house and a few more we arrived very late at night so most of them were closed.

  Quaint and small hotel offering single and double beds. Rates are great prices featuring daily or weekly rates. The staff is great and keeps the hotel clean. The rooms are small and cozy featuring a tv with cable, a microwave for food and a small fridge. The ac is amazing in the rooms weve stayed in even with the elevated heatwave weve had recently. The rooms are cozy bed comfy perfect location in fort o near all restaurants, walmart, and right by the battlefield!

  Here for work. This hotel had the best reviews and they beyond lived up to ! Clean, friendly, comfortable, easy highway access, tons of places around to eat. Pool is clean and beautiful. The scenery is beautiful as well. Staying here again next week and would highly recommend to everyone

  Came to town for a concert & stayed 2 nights on a Fri & Sat. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The air worked GREAT for these 89/90 degree days we've had. The breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, etc & we didn't eat much, but what we had was good. The pool is small, but was so clean & had plenty of sitting chairs & 1 area that was shaded. Great location with a Logans Steakhouse & Walmart in the same area. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to stay overnight in Chattanooga again. We felt safe & all went well for us.
