  DON’T GO IN BUILDING 2 OR EVEN ANYWHERE NEAR HERE! They take your money and expect you to deal with cockroaches and weird smells all over the place. Video provided. It looks nice but looks are definitely deceiving here. I hope they reply with their generic comment. Shows they don’t care about their customers. Also a Diamond member!! We were in building 2 and asked to switch to 4. There’s no shower sliding door! There’s also cardboard on the window part of the screwed shut double door for the balcony. Honestly don’t want to stay here but as always with these types of hotels there’s no refund. Best Western needs to shut down this hotel or take it under corporate control. Shouldn’t be this bad

  Do NOT stay at this hotel!. The pictures make it look decent, but the rooms are beyond creepy, with weird doors everywhere, old vents everywhere, the smell of gas from their (not to code) gas water heaters in small closets in the rooms, and we found several cockroaches within 5 minutes of entering our rooms. NOPE! We asked for a refund as we could not stay in this nightmare hotel, but they refused to refund us.

  Good location, great price and close to everything you want to see without the crowds! Very clean and the suites were amazing lots of space and daily housekeeping. Would recommend

  Would definitely stay again. We loved that they offered double king room. The room was huge and clean with large bathroom and huge shower with great water pressure.

  I would only recommend this hotel for a single night if there are no other options. I don't understand why these hotels in Brentwood are clustered at this exit of the freeway because they are a huge pain to actually get to but if that was the only issue, no biggie! The hotel is A LOT older than it looks in photos and seems like an old estate turned hotel, and the rooms were "just clean enough" but I still didn't want to be barefoot on the carpet, you know? But the worst issue here is that it is incredibly not ADA compliant or welcoming to those with limited mobility. There is no elevator and yet there are 2 floors. I didn't think that was legal anymore! The 2 of us that stayed are able-bodied but we often travel with our mom who has trouble with hills and stairs and they don't even tell you or ask you if 2nd floor is okay with no elevator. The parking lot is also very hilly which means lugging luggage up and down hill. Luckily we only stayed 1 night for a quick turnaround, but we will choose somewhere else next time.
