  Rooms were perfectly fine, staff was lovely. Waterpark is not safe. Went down slide and came out at the bottom hardly awake. Very fast and curves too sharp. Each turn would slam your head into the sides. I had a concussion and now hage a large hematoma on my head with lots of head pain. I understand now why they have you sign a waiver for the pool and "waterpark". Otherwise the hotel was perfectly fine.

  I was impressed with the staff. They all were very kind and nice. The only drawback was the walk to the rooms. It is a long way but well worth it. They had free shuttle to the airport.

  Driver from the airport to the hotel and back constantly speeds and tailgates people. Very unsafe driving would not recommend staying here or using the shuttle service.

  The video says it all, was given a key that wouldn’t open any doors (never was able to try the room as couldn’t get to it without going through an outside door. Walked back around to get a new key and made the comment that I may just ask for a refund. The rest is shown here. Hallways were dirty musty smelling but can’t say about the room as I never got into it. Avoid at all costs!

  We broke down in South Dakota while traveling to Mississippi and ended up stopping at this hotel during a very difficult moment. It was cold, we were exhausted, and we were traveling in a U-Haul with very limited money. We initially went inside just to ask if we could rest in the parking lot for a short time. The manager, Wade, took the time to listen to our situation with genuine care and compassion. He went out of his way to help us in a way we will never forget. We were deeply moved by his kindness—it honestly brought me to tears. He also provided breakfast vouchers for the restaurant the next morning, which we truly appreciated. As we were heading to our room, he simply said, “Pay it forward someday.” This experience restored my faith in people. We will never forget the compassion and humanity shown to us during a very hard time. Truly exceptional hospitality.
