  What a fantastic hotel! Clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and everything worked perfectly. The indoor pool was excellent and became one of the highlights of our stay. Our kids absolutely loved it and spent as much time there as possible. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, with enough variety to start the day. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from the main Pocono attractions and water parks, making it a perfect base for a family vacation. The staff was friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Poconos.

  Best Western is a great hotel great location great pool fitness center and a wonderful full breakfast love this place hats off to Stephen and Michael very nice staff exceptional always make our stay a great one love the place thank you

  How do I start the outlets don't hold the plug in. The coffee is instant, the room key you had to get it programmed every day, no coffee pot in room, everything is out dated, the breakfast eggs were instant and the rooms weren't cleaned. The shower and sinks don't drain, no cups to rinse your mouth out. 4 dollars for a soda.on a good note everyone was friendly that worked her

  I booked a room on Booking.com and had already paid for it, but upon check-in, my credit card was charged again, resulting in a double charge. When checking out, I spoke to the staff about the duplicate charge and was told it would be resolved, but the refund has never been processed.

  I went to Best Western today to see if I can have some rooms blocked for an upcoming event. The Hotel Clerk was assisting other guests when I arrived. I waited patiently, it had taken him 30 mins to check them in. Then he asked what can I do for you? I would like to block some rooms, but asked if I can see a room before I do so. He said "you can see them online"! Of course I can, but what you see online doesn't always look the same as in person. He kept trying to brush me off. Finally, he asked me to meet him on the other side. He had the nerve to show me a handicapped accessible room. The shower area was horrible. I just left and took my business elsewhere. The Hotel Clerk was slow and lazy. Hey Buddy, you need to retire. You showed poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend anyone to your Best Western. If anyone is looking for a nice Hotel, look up the Ramada Inn in Bartonsville.
