  Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal. War mit dem Internationalen Arena Football 🏈 Team der Düsseldorf Warriors 🐺🐺🐺 von 9 Mai bis 11 Mai über Muttertag dort zu Gast. Die Betten waren der Hammer 👍🏻 Super Gemütlich besonders wenn man Rückenschmerzen hat. Auch die anderen Gäste waren total nett und aufgeschlossen für einen Smalltalk in der Lounge. Auch das Frühstück Buffet war total lecker und schön gemacht. Liebe Grüße aus Düsseldorf Germany 🇩🇪 Michael

  Just got here but happy so far. Room a good size, clean, staff was polite and helpful. we'll see how the next 4 days go

  Very hospital service from staff and other employees. We really enjoyed our 3rd to 4th stay. Breakfast served in the morning and a small gym. We don't ask for much, and this was worth it!

  I would like to express how impressed I was with the outstanding service I received at Best Western Plus. Although I could only give a 5-star rating for guest service, I would gladly have given 10 stars based on the exceptional assistance we received from the front desk staff. Mike was always welcoming, greeted us with a smile, and consistently had answers to all of our questions. I also noticed how he interacted with other guests, and he showed the same positive attitude, professionalism, and kindness to everyone. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making each guest feel welcome and valued. Ashley also took excellent care of us during our stay. At one point, my sister mentioned that there was no more coffee available, and Ashley overheard the comment and immediately took care of the situation. She could have easily ignored it, but instead she went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of. I would also like to mention that the bed was extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Because of this wonderful experience, I will definitely book with Best Western again in Shillington, Pennsylvania.

  Went here after a horrible experience at another hotel and the place was so nice. Staff was extremely friendly and made sure accomodations were perfect after hearing of our prior experience. The location was good and there was plenty to do close by for food and shopping. Hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of towels, pillows, and breakfast was great. Will stay there again if we are in the area.
