  I don’t like that there’s no natural lighting but that’s a personal preference. Yesterday I arrived after my check-in time around 3:40pm, my room was not clean and had to wait. Next I get to the room the carpet is wet and a stain on the comforter. I requested another comforter. Next morning I requested towels and wash cloths. Front desk said housekeeping don’t come until 8am but they will let them know. Cool. It was around 9:30am I called the front desk to ask again for towels and wash cloths. I took a nap and woke up with towels and no wash cloths. The location is in a good spot however communication and urgency is what needed for this establishment. Will I ever stay here again no, but my pet can and I don’t have a pet.

  They do not provide parking and the lot they have you park at is unsafe and notorious for crime. They never recommended a safer place to park, just directed me there. All 4 tires were stolen off of my car and when it was dropped it caused 11K worth of damage. A fake tow truck “company” held my car hostage. The surveillance video shows the 2 cars worth of criminals go directly to my car. Another couple with out of town plates and a CRV were also targeted and had their tires stolen on the same night. The only positive thing I have to say is that my room rate was reduced while I waited for info on my car. I left after 4 days but didn’t get my car back for 7 weeks.

  This, please, gives me nightmares. The service was bad. They told me there was parking available when I arrived; there was no parking available. Then the lady at the front desk said that a $100 deposit was needed; when on the phone, they didn't tell me that. Then, when I got into the room, there was an awful smell. The bed was hard could barely sleep. The TV was hard to even get a channel; there was no soap in the sink or shower. Luckily, I brought my own. The worst part was that the shower head had mold. Breakfast: don't even bother eating there.

  These Thieves stole my money. I paid on Booking first, and then they made me pay again at the property, claiming it was a security deposit that would be refunded at check-out. Moral of the story? They never returned my money and stole $100 from me. Be careful!

  AOM 8th Annual Conferenceで推薦されたホテルの一つで、Shreraton, Marriot よりは安かったので、こちらに予約しました。Sharatonだと、会場と少し離れていたので、こちらで良かったです。Two blocks でConvention Centerに行けます。朝食は7:00から。卵、肉、グリッツ、飲み物各種、ワッフル、リンゴ、オレンジ、シリアル、パンなど。　KingサイズのBedのある個室に5泊しました。　写真がそれ。　　広く、ＴＶもありました。シャワーでお湯が出るのに時間がかかり、これは、日本とは違うので仕方がないです。　　毎日清潔にBed makingされていました。快適に過ごせました。Vine stにあり、高速道路が地下を通っていて、これを超えると、china townです。中国語で費城華埠と書かれていました。写真の通り。
