  The carpets in the hotel were soiled throughout and looked like they never got cleaned. Visible puddles of unidentified filth throughout the floors. Our bathroom had a film of filth on the backsplash surface and hair all over the light fixtures. Towel storage was next to toilet base. Our room door didn’t lock correctly. We didn’t realize this until my husband ran a quick errand in the morning while my son and I slept. When he returned he was able to open the door by just gently laying a hand on the door. Anyone could have entered the room, no key needed. For the price I would expect a cleaner and more secure hotel.

  We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was much smaller than expected, and many basic amenities were missing despite the price we paid. The room had a coffee machine but no coffee pods. When we asked the receptionist, we were surprisingly told that guests are expected to bring their own coffee pods. We have never experienced this at any hotel. There was also no kettle to boil water, no complimentary bottled water, and no milk available for tea or coffee. We had to go to a nearby store just to buy drinking water. In addition, the room was missing basic disposable amenities that are normally provided by hotels. Overall, the hotel felt old and in need of renovation. Considering the amount we paid, the lack of basic services and amenities was unacceptable. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

  The staff members were polite. The hotel was at a good location. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores and a gas station. Housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful.
