  Young guy working the front desk today was absolutely great. Friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.

  Very good Best Western. made to order breakfasts are better than most. They try very hard to make a good dining Experience.

  The rooms have the dirtiest carpeted floors I have ever seen. If you’re going to have a motel/hotel that has carpeted rooms, invest in steam cleaning each week. If this is a “Plus”, I’d hate to see a standard Best Western. We won’t be staying here again, next time we’ll drive a bit longer and stay in Grants Pass or Medford (as we’ve done many times before).
