  Clean rooms, quiet air conditioning unit. Nice water pressure. Clean comfy sheets. Beds were great! The breakfast was amazing and well stocked. Staff was great.

  The bed area was clean and felt comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean (toilet seat was all wet when we arrived, hopefully from cleaning). The toiletries provided were nice fragrances but small if you have more than one or two adults. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast even had gluten free options which was great. They also had some fruit, fresh local yogurt, etc. There is a pool, fitness room, and ice machine. There is plenty of parking. There are two floors. The location is convenient if you have anything in Redmond and the price is right.

  As a diamond select member I stay in BW whenever possible. While this had one of the most comfortable mattresses I have had at a hotel, the room itself was gross! The room needs a good dusting and there was mold along the ceiling and in the bathroom. I will not be staying at this one again!! Staff at check in were kind, but aside from that, I never saw another person at the main desk, just a bell to “ring for service.”
