  As a diamond select member I stay in BW whenever possible. While this had one of the most comfortable mattresses I have had at a hotel, the room itself was gross! The room needs a good dusting and there was mold along the ceiling and in the bathroom. I will not be staying at this one again!! Staff at check in were kind, but aside from that, I never saw another person at the main desk, just a bell to “ring for service.”

  All clean and new, oddly exceot the bathroom door frames, which makes zero difference, but everything is new so it stood out.

  The room was standard Best Western nice. Only one sink in the bathroom. Tub/shower lacked the grab bars that would make someone my age feel secure stepping into and out of the deep tub. (Lost the '5' because of this.) Mini-fridge seemed larger than most. Included breakfast had link sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes. No biscuits with gravy. Included all the other traditional cold breakfast items
